We get asked these questions (a lot), so we thought we would try to nip it in the bud.


What’s your return policy?

If the Gridiron Grunts team has to cancel, we will refund 100% of all funds that already exchanged hands.

If you have to cancel after scheduling confirmation, you will forfeit your 50% down payment. Anything paid above 50% will be returned to your organization.


How much are your services?

It depends on what you want. Shawn and John telling their life story will certainly cost less than them teaching a half-day seminar on leadership. Don't let price scare you!  We will personally try to work something out.

If you want someone other than Shawn or John, the price is according to the person. Some things to consider are:

  • Current Status (Active or Retired)
  • Resume (Pro Bowls / Championships / Combat Decorations)
  • Travel (Flight, Hotel, Per Diem, etc....)

Will you travel?

You know it, brother!


Are you tax deductible?

Absolutely!  We are a bona fide 501c3. You can write off all our services. Furthermore, if you're looking for a tax deductible donation, please consider us. We will use any contributions to help offset our costs so organizations with fewer resources can enjoy our services.


You won't sell my personal information, will you?

NO!  Your email, phone number, credit card, etc..., go no further than the Gridiron Grunts team. We enjoy meal time without solicitor interruption and you should too.


Is my credit card safe?

We input your credit card information straight into a cryptic bank portal. Your credit card information never touches our website. So as long as the bank doesn't get hacked, you are safe.
